Glass Around 70's (GA70's) — a group of glass artists born around 1970. With a new member joining, we are starting our activities with 11 members. For this 10th time, we will visit the Tokyo University of the Arts (Toride Campus) on December 2nd and 3rd. Five members will come to the venue and, through lectures, we hope to think about glass together from various perspectives. We will also hold demonstrations combining kilnwork and blown glass. As this is a public event, we welcome students studying glass and anyone interested in glass or curious about the lectures — please feel free to come.
