(From the leaflet) Glass Around 70's, abbreviated GA70's, is a group of glass artists born around 1970. The members of Glass Around 70's gather in Akita again for the first time since 2015. Last time, we completed "Tosei Shoryu Kabuto (Dragon Helmet)" inspired by the dragon legend of Lake Tazawa. Look forward to seeing what motif we will tackle this time. Let's enjoy it together.

Five members — Ito, Oomoto, Kakurai, Senuma, and Chikaoka — will be visiting this time. The other members who can't be there in person are still supporting with ideas and part-making, so we'll be working with the spirit of all 11 participating.
